Digitekt ("we", "I", "us") is a trade name of Sahin Digital, a sole-operated development studio registered in Norway. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal data transparently and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian data protection law.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, profiling, or marketing trackers on this site.

- Respond to your inquiries and project requests;
- Deliver and support services you have engaged us for;
- Fulfill legal obligations such as bookkeeping and invoicing.

- Hosting and infrastructure providers (GitHub Pages / future providers);
- Accounting / invoicing services as required by Norwegian law.

We keep contact inquiries only as long as necessary to respond and maintain a reasonable record. Financial and contractual records are retained for at least 5 years as required by Norwegian bookkeeping law.

Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data (where legal obligations allow);
- Object to or restrict processing;
- Lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority).
